WFO continues to increase membership

ST. LOUIS, MO, USA -- Since November 1997, the WFO has gained 359 Fellows. As of March 27, the WFO had 3,844 Fellows.

The top 10 list of affiliated organizations with the greatest number of WFO Fellows is similar to the list published in the previous issue of the WFO Gazette.

Overall, most of the organizations only gained a few new Fellows. However, the Asociación Mexicana de Ortodoncia is the latest addition to the top 10 list. During the Asociación Latinoamericana de Ortodoncia’s Sixth International Congress in March, 105 members of the Asociación Mexicana de Ortodoncia joined the WFO as Fellows.

Meanwhile, 12 more members of the Japan Orthodontic Society became Fellows. The Associação Brasileira de Ortodontia gained 10 new Fellows.
