Register early for the 100th AAO Annual Session, 5th IOC and 2nd Meeting of the WFO to avoid late registration fees, mailing delays
In December, all fellows of the WFO will receive the Doctors' Preview Program for the 100th American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session, the 5th International Orthodontic Congress (IOC) and the 2nd Meeting of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO). This historic meeting will be held April 28 through May 3, 2000, in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. WFO fellows should submit their registration forms for this historic meeting as early as possible to avoid mailing delays and late registration fees.
An official registration form will be included in the Doctors' Preview Program. The program information and the official registration form are also posted on the Annual Session Web site. WFO fellows may download the form, print it, complete it and return it to the AAO via fax or mail. WFO fellows, who are also AAO members, may complete the registration form online and submit it to the AAO via the Internet. This form requires credit card information for payment processing. Registering online will simplify the process for international attendees as mailing delays will be avoided. The AAO will not accept telephone registrations.
The AAO began accepting completed registration forms and payment on Monday, December 6, 1999. Registration forms postmarked, faxed or received via the Web site after 4 p.m. (Central Time) on March 15, 2000, will be subject to the applicable late registration fees.
When completing the registration form, please include your e-mail address and/or fax number. Confirmations will be sent via e-mail, fax or mail. If you do not receive a written confirmation of your registration within two weeks of sending it, contact the AAO registration secretary at 314-993-1700. However, delivery of mailed international registration confirmations may take longer than two weeks, depending on current mail conditions.
